By purchasing a reading, joining our membership program, or receiving any services offered by our readers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

SERVICES & PRICING

We offer two types of readings: Phone Readings and In-Person Readings, available by appointment only.

 

Phone Readings

All phone sessions are prepaid and conducted at the scheduled time.
Rates:
• 15 Minutes – $25
• 30 Minutes – $35
• 45 Minutes – $45
• 60 Minutes – $55

 

In-Person Readings

In-person readings are held at our designated location and must be paid in cash at the time of service.
Rates:
• 15 Minutes – $20
• 30 Minutes – $30
• 45 Minutes – $40
• 60 Minutes – $50

Please note: Advanced services (such as Reiki, Past Life Regressions, One-on-One Instruction, or Special Events) must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Pricing may vary depending on the reader and service requested. Contact us directly for availability.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and interpretations following a session. Our services are meant to provide clarity and support—not to control outcomes or guarantee specific results.

Client Agreement & Refund Policy

All services offered are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. No outcome is guaranteed. By booking a reading or service, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and interpretations.

 

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, with one exception:
If you feel disconnected or dissatisfied within the first five minutes of your session, you may request a full refund. You must speak up during those first five minutes. After that point, you are financially committed to the full session.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions are private and confidential. Personal information shared during a session will never be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

 

 

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

• Phone Readings: Payment is required at the time of booking. At your appointment time, call in and you will be connected to your chosen reader.

• In-Person Readings: Must be scheduled in advance. Cash only is accepted at the time of your session.

• Membership Clients: Priority booking is available for active members. Please log in to your portal for access to exclusive scheduling options.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful, disruptive, or abusive behavior. Spiritual work requires mutual trust and energetic safety.

 

LEGAL REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years or older to receive a reading or spiritual service. All services are provided for entertainment and personal insight in accordance with applicable laws.

 

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may forfeit part of their session time.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the reader.

If you're not connecting with the reader, notify them within the first 5 minutes of your session to discontinue without charge. After that point, you are responsible for the full session rate.

• In-Person Readings: Cash only.
• Memberships: Billed monthly via secure online subscription.

Answer: Yes! We offer special event bookings, private parties, and energy work by request. Please contact us directly for availability and rates.

Question: Am I expected to tip?

Answer: Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. Use your own judgment.

Question: What if the reader is late?

Answer: Your session time begins when the reading actually starts. If the reader is delayed, your time will not be shortened or penalized.
